The Original Mattress Factory

I had been having terrible back (upper and lower), hip and shoulder pain. I had a memory foam mattress that seemed to make the pain worse. I did some research and found I should be using a firmer bed with an egg crate topper. I went to the Original Mattress Factory knowing I could buy a mattress that I could flip and make last longer. Gerren was working that day and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me not only figure out what firmness I needed while also helping me to figure out what size foam topper I needed. He was very patient and I walked out of there knowing I did not waste my money like I did with the last mattress purchase. They delivered quickly and I can say I am sleeping the best I have in a long time. I'm also waking up without pain which is incredible. Thank you Gerren for your help. Hope I'm spelling your name correctly. If you need a good mattress and help deciding on what you need go here!

This review is about a year overdue. When my wife and I moved here about a year ago, we needed a new bed. We shopped around at a few different places, but nothing was like what we saw here. The mattresses here are fantastic. But, we were also helped by the salesman Rick. He was great. He showed us how the mattresses were constructed and took the time to answer our questions. He also followed up with a post card to say thank you. If anyone needs a new mattress, I highly recommend this place.

This company is awesome! The main sales associate I dealt with was Gerrin and he was tremendously helpful and honest. I also really enjoyed the conversations we had while I was shopping. The customer service at The Original Mattres Factory is a throwback to how customer service used to be. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a bed!

Garin (sp?) was so helpful! He explained everything about the materials and options, truly listened to my needs, and worked hard to make sure I got everything just right with my order and choices. I felt like he was honest and truly believed in the product, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and I appreciate that! I usually can't stand sales people.

Gerren was very personable and professional. He listened to my specific needs of durability and support. Then he educated me and showed me how to factor in comfort. I'm very confident in my purchase and would recommend you shop with him. Thanks again, Gerren.
