Mr. Stanley was extremely helpful and courteous during my visit today. Even though I was only purchasing an inexpensive mattress topper for my futon, he treated me as if I was purchasing the most expensive mattress in the store. He was very thorough in his explanation or what I was getting and he was very professional and personable as well. I highly recommend this store. The other employees were accommodating as well. Great job!!!! 🙂
View on GoogleMy wife and I just bought a Tempur-Pedic today and I must say that the customer service was top notch! The manager, Stanley was super help and gave as much attention as he could during a swarm customers and handled it very well. But Ms. Aliya stole the show! She was so patient and knowledgeable but she was also so personable with us and made things so much easier, comfortable, and smooth! She was such a joy to work with and not pushy at all! We shared lots of laughs and we just think that she is a tremendous asset! And to add icing on the cake, we ended up saving money and getting more for less than our initial quote!! Great experience!
View on GoogleCustomer service was ok but the merchandise was poor I purchased a set returned by first mattress top it was a firm in 45 days so I upgraded to Stearns and Foster pillow top long story short it was used cost me over 4k my 2nd time purchase from them in 10yrs will never again. Sometimes sales people just want to sell you a product but the folks at this store really care about your individual sleep needs. As a marine vet I have a lot of back pain and my bed is one of the most important items in my house. Thank you Stanley for finding me the perfect mattress for my needs.
View on GoogleSales people were very friendly and knowledgeable. They touted a 120 day in home test period with exchange or refund if the mattress didn't suit. They did not mention, and I did not see until reading the fine print on the paperwork at home, that there is a $149 fee to exchange or return. I would have liked to know that up front. Otherwise, the store was clean and had plenty of options to choose from.
