He greeted me with a big, genuine smile and made me feel completely comfortable right away. David is extremely knowledgeable about the products and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all my questions, gave me helpful suggestions, and made sure I understood all my options. I really appreciated how he spoke in a calm, friendly tone and never rushed or pressured me. Instead, he focused on finding exactly what I was looking for, while also helping me get the best deals possible. What stood out the most was how much David truly cares about his customers. He worked hard to make sure I left happy and confident with my choices, and it’s clear he wants every customer to have a great experience. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in making people feel welcome. If you’re shopping for furniture, I highly recommend stopping by the EZ Furniture location in Clearfield and asking for Jake. He will take excellent care of you, help you find what you need, and make the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Definitely a five-star experience!
View on GoogleI like doing business with this location particularly because of how friendly they are and how much they are willing to do for us as their customers if we just communicate with them. I recently spoke with Store Manager, Logan and my account rep., Cassidy about my account. They made sure the payment was manageable and low enough to fit the budget and worked with my pay schedule. They worked with me in making sure the product I am renting is operating correctly and if any issues arise with anything, they are quick to fix it. I also like the convenience of being able to text them and also make secure payments online directly to the Clearfield location. The BEST location to look into.
