Great selection. No discounts are able to be given I’m told after spending $6,000 However Jayden was amazing sales rep that helped a ton. 5 Star for Jayden. 3 Star for no discount. 5 star for selection.
View on GoogleThis was my first time purchasing from Living Spaces and it will be my last. The customer service is terrible. Everything from my order has gone wrong. The sales person was telling me all about RC Willey's agressive sales tactics, but at least they are fighting to keep their customers. And with them I know I will get quality furniture when they say it will be delivered. I received my 2 end tables and the front was crushed on one of them. They said they would either give me a 20% refund off the price of the table if I kept it or if I wanted a new one, I'd have to wait 2 weeks for it to be replaced. Who would want to put a crushed table in their living room? I'll be surprised if the replacement shows up in 2 weeks. Living Spaces keeps sending me emails telling me my order is ready to be scheduled for delivery and then they either don't show up after it's scheduled or they send me a follow-up e-mail telling me my furniture is on back-order, or (the latest excuse) part of my order isn't ready so they are going to wait for the other piece before they deliver anything. I went to the store and they were little help. They also told me that if I cancel it because it's taking too long, I will be charged 25% of the order. Please read all reviews from all the sites. You will see that delivery and customer service are a frequent problem here. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
View on GoogleArrived in a van that could barely hold the couch purchased, they never removed the legs and damage a few of them. Had to tell them how to position the couch to get it in. Arrived late, no furniture moving equipment. Outdoor living spaces contracted them. My problem is they need better training. Removing the feet and couch cushions makes it easier to get in and I have 5 damaged feet, and also some damaged siding. Outdoor living spaces is another bad review because I waited on 8 people to help, Aiden came back from lunch and helped me. They offered soda to the kids while I do paperwork. Problem was all beverages were out, took 30 minutes to find that out. They kept messing up the paperwork and took 3 people to figure it out. The GPS for the delivery is crap. Showed them in Sandy when they were supposed to to be at my house, showed up in a 4-5 window at 5:20. Where they called and asked if anyone was home. Knocking helps. Door bell. Or maybe a gps system that works. Their system said 3:50 . Once they picked up furniture from store they must have just tossed the sectional in the van and said let’s hurry up and forget about quality service. Between the store and the movers I was dissatisfied with all of it. Aiden was great but could not make up for the 6 employees ignoring guest, the incompetent people handling paperwork. Drinks being out and only one person who could work in that area, next I will go else where. Attached are broken legs. 5 in total. And some damaged siding.
View on GoogleI purchased the Playa 60” rectangular charcoal gray concrete outdoor firepit in May 2025. We used it 3 or 4 times that summer and by October the paint on the top had large cracks like a spider web across the whole surface. We moved the firepit into the garage for the winter. (The manual says this “Outdoor” firepit should not be in direct sunlight or left in the cold and if it gets wet it should be dried off immediately. How is this an “OUTDOOR” firepit?) When I went to get the firepit out in March 2026 the whole top surface paint was flaking off. I checked my warranty and it said it was covered for 1 year. I submitted a claim through Living Spaces, and they responded back that this was not a covered item because this was considered normal wear and tear. So, I paid $800 for a heavy outdoor firepit that is allergic to the sun, and I apparently need to bring in the house and tuck it into a warm comfy bed every night if I expect it to last a whole year. Stay away from this product and probably anything at Living Spaces as they do not stand behind their products.
View on GoogleWe purchased a dining table and 8 chairs from living spaces last July. We purchased the extended warranty and were told it would cover EVERYTHING. Upon delivery there was an immediate problem with the table and they had to bring us a new one. Within a few months the laminate on the chairs started to bubble off, and the top of the table began to flake off. When I contacted warranty I was told it was an in store issue. When I contacted them they told me to contact extended warranty. A claim was submitted along with photos. The claim was denied. Extended warranty, then told me that because it was only within eight months time I needed to go through “carefree”. When I contacted “carefree” I was told that it was a store issue because it had only been 8 months. I contacted the store. They told me to call extended warranty. I told them that I had already been denied. They then told me that I was not eligible. That was not a warranty issue. I explained that the laminate was completely coming off of the chairs and the top of the table was flaking off. They told me that was “normal wear and tear” and was not an extended warranty issue. I questioned how the laminate bubbling and flaking off was NOT covered when I had been told before purchasing that “everything” from scratches and dents to manufacture problems was covered! Every detail I could find on a table top/ it would be covered. So now they are going back on their word. Silence on the other end of the phone call. She told me she’d escalate the call and that someone would call me. The issue has not been resolved. Our table is basically for show- we sit at it for Sunday dinners. It is extremely babied and taken care of. Do not purchase anything from living spaces. The sales people are told to tell you everything is covered. And then NOTHING is. Go to RC Willey where customer service is real and the store is down the street.
