John Conrad is an excellent salesman for helping us with our living room and bedrooms for mattresses, and living space. He's patient and not pushy like most sales persons. Our delivery arrived and installed very quickly. The 2nd half of delivery next week because 2 items were from out of state, in transit. The quality is awesome. The mattress is fantastic. I slept very well and didn't have a back ache in the morning. Would recommend shopping here.

We had a great salesman!Jon knew his inventory and was very helpful. I really appreciated all those that were involved in our purchase. We are from out of state and had to communicate through text and phone calls. Jon was very responsive. The delivery men were very experienced and professional. I really liked getting delivery updates. It is a very efficient way to keep us informed and available for delivery when you work.

First, I would like to thank Angela Furlong for her wonderful help. She showed me what I needed and then went right to work to make it happen. I'm so excited to have this beautiful chair in my home. I will be back when I decide what I'd like next to make my room more comfortable and beautiful. Hello management, I’m reaching out regarding the king bedroom. we purchased, as we are still experiencing issues with the box springs that were delivered. The king box springs are supposed to be 38 inches, but this is now the third delivery where 37-inch box springs have been brought instead. Unfortunately, the 37-inch size does not fit the bed properly. Each time, we’ve scheduled appointments, prepared for delivery, and had the incorrect items arrive, which has been extremely discouraging and time-consuming. I understand that your manager has already been involved, but at this point it feels unprofessional that, after multiple returns, the correct measurements have still not been verified before delivery. This issue has now been ongoing for nearly a month, and we are very frustrated that it has not yet been resolved. At this point, we’re unsure how to move forward other than selecting an entirely new king bed . If that is the best solution, We are also confused as to why 37-inch box springs are being delivered when the specifications clearly state 38 inches. Please let us know how you recommend resolving this. to select a replacement. We would really like to put this issue behind us as soon as possible.
