Mattress Firm Troy

Julie J. at the Troy location was fantastic. She was incredibly kind and patient while helping me shop for a mattress, taking the time to explain each option and never rushing me. Her calm, friendly approach made the whole process easy and comfortable. I really appreciated her professionalism and genuine care. Highly recommend working with Julie.

I recently moved to the area and was in need of a mattress. My son's bed came from Mattress Firm and I felt it was wise to go again. My decision was accurate. I vosited the Troy store #034011 and Julie assisted me with selecting the right mattress for my needs, I felt the price was fair for mattresses these days. Julie was kind, knowledgeable and very personable....She made the transaction smooth and easy for what had been a very tiring moving adventure. Here's to her continued success and getting some much needed rest!

One of the best shopping and buying experiences I’ve ever had. My salesperson/sleep expert, Julie, was extremely knowledgeable on all the products, answered all the questions I had and, best of all, pulled out all the stops to make me a fantastic deal!! Julie makes the Troy Mattress Firm store a place worth seeking out if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

Our salesperson, Julie, was knowledgeable and helpful as we inquired about various mattresses in the store. She provided inventory info and pricing, that allowed us to make a great decision, as we had a need for this order to be filled by Tuesday. And we just took delivery Monday morning! Thank you Julie & Mattress-Firm.

Julie was great helping us pick out a mattress. She was really nice and she listened to our concerns. She was also great with my kids and gave them a toy to help distract them. I will be telling all our friends and family about this store.
