Farmers Home Furniture | Aiken, SC

I have been shopping with Farmers since 2011. The workers are friendly and polite. My only problem I had this time is they couldn't deliver my whole set. They said they couldn't get the dresser up the stairs. They couldn't figure it out. My daughter's walls got a few scratches in her brand new house, but overall Farmers has been pretty good.

Mrs Chavesis fantastic we have always had a great experience with her when finding what we need for our home! I know when I need something she is the person to see ❤️ I have always had a great experience with everything farmers offers best furniture store around!!!

Great experience with sales Tiffany as well as delivery and set up. My 2nd great purchase here both were without any issues.

Janet Chavis provided excellent service. The best sales representative I have met. She did not push her product, but she listened instead. She was patient and was able to help us find what we needed because of her product knowledge. We were able to find what we needed at a great price. Thank you Janet.

Worst place to shop terrible customer service and don't get me started on the lying back stabbing store manager they have saying there willing to help well long story short just had a baby a few months ago and my wife was in and out of the doctors due to some health issues and I fell 2 payments behind instead of trying to help they harassed me illegally sharing my account information with someone not on my account all because they get there feelings hurt and block my number due to being frustrated because they keep calling daily so the store manager decided to take it upon her self to file legal on me for being 2 payments behind only totaling up to 200 dollars to make and I quote " and example out of me for 2 people I referenced there" because they were behind more than me with higher balances than me and then had a death in the family and told me they understood and would help and give me a forgiveness if I made a decent payment well I did and come to find out the store manager lied and I have all text messages to prove my side so if corporate sees this please reach out I've asked for the number and the entire store staff refuses to give me the number and Brian isn't any good of a manager either because what ever he's told he twists it and hides it to keep the store manager protected they have many secrets hidin within that store in Aiken it's unreal....
