Mattress Firm Aiken II

Jim was extremely helpful in helping us find a mattress that fits our needs. There was no pressure and he was available to answer our numerous questions. He explained all the features of each mattress we looked at and the differences between them. He even provided us a link after our visit so we could further review the mattresses. In the end we felt confident in our purchase. We look forward to the delivery of the mattress and hopefully 🤞better sleep 💤

We had previously purchased a mattress from here but wasn’t happy with it. So we went back today to exchange it and Lithia was absolutely amazing and very patient with us. She explained so much and work so hard to make sure we left with the perfect mattress for us. I can’t say thank you enough for all her time in making us feel so welcome and special and happy when we left. I can’t wait to get a better night sleep on our new bed in a few days!

Stopped in Mattress Firm II today today about exchanging my wife's bed for a softer mattress. Jim was very helpful. Highly recommend this store.

We had the best experience today purchasing a new mattress and pillows. This is our second time making a purchase with them, both times all our questions were answered. Staff is very friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable.

Ms. Lithia let my kids enjoy the process of picking the right bed, which they loved, and knew I had a limit I couldn’t go over.
