Ken at Ken’s Furniture was absolutely awesome! From the moment we walked in, he was so patient and helpful. He really took the time to listen to our needs—even down to the fact that we have cats who love to scratch furniture. Instead of just pointing us in a direction, he explained which couches would be the most durable and cat-friendly, and why. What impressed us most was how patient he was while we tested out each couch. He encouraged us to sit, stretch out, and really make sure we found the perfect fit for our home. On top of that, Ken explained the warranty options they offer. For a small extra cost, the warranty even covers pet damage—which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our new couch will stay protected. Thanks to Ken, we walked away with a couch that not only looks amazing but will also hold up with our cats. His knowledge, kindness, and customer service went above and beyond. If you’re looking for great furniture and an even better experience, ask for Ken—you won’t be disappointed!

Ken’s warehouse furniture! Is the way to go we had a smooth process at picking out the furniture to discussing delivery. Great experience! All the employees are so kind and helpful. The delivery was also a great experience Devin and Wayne did an awesome job at setting up the bed and dresser and mirror for us. They were friendly and hardworking. Answered any questions I had about the set up. If you’re on the market looking to buy furniture you can’t beat Ken’s warehouse deals!

My whole experience was great from the time of entering Ken’s Warehouse to delivery. Wayne and Devin were great the delivery was on time. Set up was smoother than I could ever imagine. Thank you, Ken I appreciate your help Wayne and Devin, I thank you guys for setting everything thing up for me.

Large selection. This place is huge inside. You would never know it looking from the outside. We wanted two premium chairs to watch TV in. Started at Ashley's found what we were looking for in comfort - then Farmers who had nothing - then Ken's who had everything we were looking - the right color and way cheaper than Ashley's. By far the best furniture store in Aiken with great prices.
