Mattress By Appointment Dalton

Wonderful establishment. The lady was outstanding. She made our shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Great selection of mattresses and she knows her stuff. She helped us navigate through our decision and didn’t push us into buying something more expensive just to make a dollar. In fact, she ended up pointing us to our final decision that was actually less expensive than the first we had picked out. That to me says a lot about her character. Everything about the experience was outstanding. We will be going back in a year or two for our next mattress purchase. We got the children’s mattresses last night, so we’re next and this is where we will definitely be taking our business. Every aspect of this experience is a 10 out of 10. I want to thank her again for making this easy for us.

We had a great experience buying our mattress here! The customer service was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped us find exactly what we needed. The mattress is super comfortable, affordable, and they even offered next-day delivery, which was a huge plus. We’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases and will be recommending them to friends and family!

Absolutely the very best experience from these fine people. No pressure, just willingness and help to secure our purchase at the fairest deal possible. Erick is a true gentleman and a fine man. THE BEST. Our Grandkids have brand new mattresses and covers. Thank you Erick. Highly recommended. Frank & Donna

I'll be honest. I was skeptical at first. But I am beyond glad I made the appointment! Eric was very knowledgeable and informative about each and every type of mattress they offer. He encouraged us to lay on each type, and we took full advantage of it until we found the perfect mattress for us. Me being me, I was comparing prices of the same exact product from a big box store and I was AMAZED at the discount Eric offers!!

This place is amazing and the owners are just as nice as my new bed. We'll be back there in the near future. I was dealing with rent a center for messing things up so my husband and I decided to do away with rent a center and check this place out and to be honest I'd rather deal with Erik and Nicole than go into debt for a no count store with no communication skills and when they want to double charge you for their stuff but this place here is awesome. Good job!
