Farmers Home Furniture

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this furniture store. Jamie seemed uninterested in helping and acted inconvenienced when I asked about a a table when clearly it was damaged. However, Ms Kay and Crystal were nice and willing to assist me. Because of their professionalism (Kay and Crystal) I will return for a purchase. They apologized for my experience and encouraged me to return and ensured me that the experience would be better. Kudos to Kay and Crystal!

I visited the Clinton store on Saturday after hearing about the sale. The store manager Susan was pleasant helpful and was genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed without trying to influence my decision. With her help I purchased the items needed and left feeling grateful for the experience. I truly enjoyed the experience and am excited about my purchases

Mr Gary was AMAZING at helping me find what I needed! Worked very quickly with my timing, also love the lady that was willing to help with me taking the item they only had one of because that is the one I wanted! Also very quick and understanding that I NEEDED my washer delivered that day!!

Office employees are great, the delivery driver quit and had to make arrangements to pick up. I was told that he was sick and would reschedule, but truth was he quit..Got my furniture and it was damaged so now they have to get another and I will have to reload the damaged one and go get the new undamaged onr..

Staff was so friendly. Help you with all your need and what you need in the store. Christening like people. SERVICE WITH A SMILE
