I recently purchased a bedroom set for my mother and I didn't realize in the store that it would be higher with the base attached and my mother would have trouble getting in and out of the bed . I called and they sent the delivery guys out to make the necessary adjustments and everything is perfect now . A huge thank you to management and staff for everything. My mom loves her set and I'm a very satisfied customer....

The employees at the Florence sc location was very helpful and friendly. They guys brought out the furniture and set it just like we wanted it. No issues at all. 10/10 recommend highly

Today around 1:30 my grandmother and I came in to look for me a living room set . I just moved into my first apartment and I didn’t have any furniture. We decide on this black living room set . The lady that helped us was really sweet and helpful. She had me fill out a credit check and told me everything I needed to be approved. As I was waiting another lady kinda heavy set walked up to me and asked me about my job . She wanted the name of the company I worked for .I told her that the name of the company is called caregiver support It is through the VA when she approached me she Was rude. That was the first strike . So she scratched out what I put up there and put the va . I felt like she was trying to insinuate that I Didn’t know the name of the company I work For. So she went back behind the desk Then the lady that we were working with, she came back to me and told me she needed proof of income Which was a recent stub .I told her I didn’t have it on me, but I could run home since I lived down the street . I told her that my grandmother had threw my recent check stub out, but I had a check stub for this year. She said OK Try and see if that’ll work so I went back home I retrieved my check stub and came back. The lady that I was working with went to the back to show the other lady the check stub . Shecalled me to the office And she stated to me, I can’t use this because it’s not a recent Check stub. When she said that she was very rude. I’m OK with the fact that I didn’t have the proper sub To be used, it was just The way she said it. She was rude when she first came out to the table, and she was also rude when I brought my check stub . I think that was very disrespectful. My thing is if I didn’t have the proper information I was OK with being turned down. It was just the way how she presented it to me. I really think that she was racial profiling me because I was a young black female trying to purchase a living room set . She stated to me, could you call your job and get another paycheck stub . I stated to her that will be difficult because my job Doesn’t process check stubs that way they only send them out by mail once a month . I think when you’re doing customer service it’s not about what you say. It’s about how you deliver it to your customer. I think the way she went about it was very disrespectful very Rude. I didn’t appreciate that one bit. Overall, the lady that was working with us she was a black older lady. I think she has perfect and wonderful customer service. I do think she deserves some type of Raise she handled everything perfect . So I give two stars based on the first lady I was working with I think she’s awesome.
