I was approved for a $10,000 credit line and spent considerable time selecting furniture for my new home. When I reached checkout, an employee identified the person accompanying me and stated that she would not sell to him. I immediately explained that he was not the purchaser and that the financing and transaction were entirely in my name. The employee then informed me that because I was with him, she would not sell to me either. I have never experienced anything like this. I was an approved customer, prepared to complete a substantial purchase, and was denied the opportunity to do so solely because of the person accompanying me. No meaningful explanation was provided, and the interaction was both embarrassing and unprofessional. If this reflects company policy, I believe customers deserve to know that an approved buyer may be refused service based on who happens to accompany them into the store. If it does not reflect company policy, then management should address how this situation was handled. I am requesting a written explanation of why my approved purchase was refused.

The customer service was phenomenal and very kindhearted. I really appreciate how helpful they were with getting me to be able to finance my bedframe. I’ll definitely be recommending them for people with similar struggles!

We bought an off white recliner love seat 3 weeks ago. When it was delivered, the delivery men ( the delivery service/personnel were excellent, by the way) pointed out a small smear/stain on the armrest. We called and spoke to the gentleman who sold it to us and we were told that he would have someone call us back or he would come out and clean the spot. The furniture was supposed to be cleaned before delivered but not sure if it was. We never heard from anybody so we went back into the store and spoke to the salesman who sold it to us. Once again, assured us that someone will call and they will get someone out to clean it as we paid for the stain protection package. However, he explained to us how to clean it ourselves. So, either we clean it ourselves or wait "for someone to call and take care of it". He explained that the young lady who handles this was out with a family emergency (no problem, completely understandable). But you sold us the furniture and now you don't want to assist in solving the problem? Honestly the price was reasonable on the love seat but will not be shopping there again due to the lack of service or response when there is an issue.

Just walked out with a brand new a)c unit and speaker system and payments are actually affordable and they will work with you on getting financing. Have since pulled everything and set it up and everything works as it should. They also have insurance on things you buy just in case you've never been here before.

We are very happy with our purchase and all of the sales clerks, and the men that moved our furniture went above and beyond to make sure everything went right and I highly recommend them!!!
