I wanna give a big shout-out to Chris & Levente, this gentlemen went above and beyond to help us out. I wish all businesses could hire people like these two fine gentlemen. I can't say enough about them and how respectful and appreciative I am of these two. I have them a little tip to buy themselves lunch because they most definitely deserve it. Again I wanna shout out to the roof top about these two gentlemen. They had to break the couch down to get it in, but since we didn't have anything to sit on they were willing to do just that. We bought a sofa for the price they asked. Two days later they called and asked for additional $500. After I requested cancellation, Carla and Amber stopped all communication with me so I had to go to the store after two days to get an update because Carla would not return my calls or messages. Can’t believe she holds a leadership position. Shame on you and your upper management for tolerating such behavior.
