Had an absolutely wonderful experience. the sales associate Lawanda took her time with us. And helped us properly select the right mattress. Cannot put a price on good sleep. However they do need their windows tinted in the facility to keep the heat off of the mattresses.
View on GoogleMrs.Sheila was awesome. She took the time to make sure I found what I was looking for. She greeted me with a smile and was super patient. I really appreciated her treat customer service.
View on GoogleMy experience with Mattress Firm has been wonderful from the purchasing thru the delivery. My sales person, Ron, was professional, patient and very informative. I considered purchasing on line (where I could have saved a minimal amount) but Ron’s knowledge and care was worth the money! He understands the concept of customer service and is excellent at what he does. It was a pleasure doing business with Mattress Firm. I will recommend them (and Ron) to friends and family!
View on GoogleSheila served me in an excellent manner. She showed me several mattresses, and explained each option in detail. She allowed me to take my time and lie on the mattresses. Due to another appointment, I had to leave, but when I returned, Sheila was just as engaging and professional as ever. I would recommend all of my family and friends to go to Mattress Firm, and use Shelia as their sleep expert. If there is ever the possibility of a promotion, I recommend that Sheila be given your highest consideration. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
View on GoogleWe had such great service from Sheila. She gave us so much information on the mattress and adjustable base we bought. She is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. So happy we went there for our new bed. Would recommend her always.
