Mattress Outlet of Florence

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mattress Outlet of Florence What a blessing finding Mattress Outlet of Florence today! Michael Kubala-Delfino, the manager, greeted us immediately when we walked in and truly listened to what I needed. He asked my son Stu and me to wait just a moment while he checked his inventory — and he came back with exactly what we were looking for: two Twin XLs that were more than perfect. Not only did Michael have the right solution, but he gave us an amazing price, far lower than anywhere else in Florence, and also applied a Veteran discount for Stu — something no other company we visited even mentioned. Our final total was at least $250 less than anywhere else we had checked. Michael’s honesty, kindness, and genuine support for veterans truly saved our day. This is how mattress shopping should be — no pressure, just real help, fair pricing, and appreciation for those who have served. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend Mattress Outlet of Florence, especially if you have the chance to work with Michael. With great thanks Rachelle Stewart

Purchased a King sized V400 for my bed frame from this store. The sales associate Michael was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable! I knew what size mattress I was looking for when I walked in but was unsure of quality. The V400, is the best sleep I have experienced in months since purchasing!! If you are looking for a mattress, go, see Michael! He will definitely help you find what you are looking for. The delivery driver was also extremely helpful and kind! Will definitely be returning in the future for finishing the replacement mattresses needed for my home.

My recent review was a mistake. I looked up the wrong company in error. I wanted to publicly apologize and acknowledge my mistake. You deserve 5 stars for your professional response and concern. Be blessed sir

I was there this morning talked to the GM his name is Michael. He was very friendly and extremely helpful with my situation. I got an amazing mattress for $550 with a 10yr warranty I will definitely be back.

We came in yesterday ready to purchase a mattress. Opened the front door and we were not greeted by any employees, thought maybe they were in the restroom or taking a smoke break. After five more minutes of waiting we looked towards the back yelling “Hello” only to find who I assume to be a staff member sleeping in a back room on one of what I’m sure was quite the comfortable mattress. Lost a sale, but gained some clearly much needed rest I suppose,
