When I say "Great Customer Service (China and Alexis) they wrote the book!!! My experience is always a great. Only thing I hate is.. I struggled to load my mower. They need to hire Micheal Joseph back. He definitely makes a difference there. Very respectful and knowledgeable.
View on GoogleI'm new to the area and came in looking for furniture. The store is very clean and most of the staff were very friendly but one lady ruined it! I could hear her speaking with another customer with a HORRIBLE attitude. Katrece spoke to the customer like she was a dog even cursing at her. It was uncalled for! Needless to say, I left and will not return to that type of atmosphere. There's no telling how much money y'all have lost due to her nasty attitude.
View on GoogleKatrece Marks is very friendly and professional love the way she treat the people that do come in for to purchase. The new lady is real sweet to very nice and professional. The other one is mean never smile
View on GoogleStore manager is rude and unprofessional. When you have a problem with merchandise. Example missing parts. If there missing parts you dont beat the customer catching a attitude about the situation. You fix it. She needs to learn customer service. Instead of trying to be a bully.
