Staff is always friendly and courteous and greet you with a smile. I feel at home when I come into farmers. I don’t feel harassed. There’s only one following me around the store constantly asking me. What can they help me with and I really appreciate that because sometimes you just wanna look and make your decision and not be hassled as that hassling can cause you to lose interest, but that’s not the case at farmers on Mercer university Drive in Macon Georgia they are a group of tremendous people who allow their customers freedom to shop

I'm glad my friend,Ms. Jones, told me about you; I went in with her ,for her to pay a bill, and looking for recliners , the young lady that helped me , try for credit and I did. As you see, I said, Lord, if your will for me to get them, allow me to get it, not only one,but, two, the rest, you can see for yourself. They were delivered by two very nice young men and it didn't take them long to set them up, not only ,am I enjoying them, everyone else is too.

I hadn't had an account anywhere since 2013,I needed a lift chair .Mary the salelady showed me all their lift chairs they had in the store .Manger gave me the opportunity to get a decent line of credit ,Once he did my credit history ..I thank him I had to have shoulder surgery in May 2026 & I love my lift 💺 I was approved for Thanks farmer home furniture

Sales team was very nice, very respectful and helpful. I went to store and bought the swivel chair that goes with my living room suit I’ve already paid off with them. They had to order it, but it came in about 3 days and they delivered it to my home. The young men that delivered it was nice and respectful as well.

Lisa my sales lady was very helpful in my decision making.She was very knowledgeable and listened to all my needs and wants so if your looking for new furniture i recommend Lisa at the Mercer University branch she will definitely be a great help
