Went in to make a payment with the Acct Rep (Maria). When I asked about a discrepancy in my bill the infamous Manager (Victoria) comes around the corner, takes over the conversation, and tells me she will be happy to go over things with me. I asked her to explain something to me and she ignored me. I got up and walked off and said I would just pay and go. She comes after me and said I was rude all because I told her that being a Manager is no excuse to treat people any way. She got loud and threw a pen on the counter not before she loudly spoke of my account details violating my privacy.
