Boyfriend has had a wonderful experience so far…me not so great…Saturday is delivery date…almost 1 and no furniture..called at 10:50…they called at 3:50 and were 30 minutes away to deliver uncovered furniture when it was raining where they were and it was fixing to start storming at my house…my partner had called Friday to inquire if the furniture was wrapped in plastic and they told him it was…when I told the delivery guy that it was wrapped in plastic so it should be fine he said they took the plastic off at the store…so I delayed delivery…now we relied on what the store said Friday. We now have no furniture to sit on. No new furniture. I have literally wasted my whole day off. I have no furniture to sit on. Was lied to by the store. I would not recommend buying anything from these people ever.

Loved working with Jen, been a customer for along time an will continue. Just recently purchased a new home and bought all my furniture out right.. the service down to the delivery was fantastic.. definitely would recommend!

***Potential Buyers Beware While the initial purchase seemed fine, their accounting and customer service have been a total nightmare! The Red Flags You Need to Know: • Misleading "Forgiveness" Tactics: They used terms like "forgiveness" for what were actually just payment deferments. I also discovered unauthorized fees and late fees charged during a pandemic accommodation period, a direct violation of the standards meant to protect consumers. When you try to resolve these discrepancies, the store manager where you purchased the furniture will simply direct you to corporate. Be warned: Corporate is completely unresponsive to phone calls or standard inquiries. In my experience, they will only acknowledge communication sent via Certified Mail. I highly suggest you take your money and business elsewhere!
