We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions and showed us all the available options. They delivered our item on time and with care. Delivery guys were great. They handled our item with care and placed it where we asked. They made sure we were satisfied before they left.

The sales rep manager and were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They assisted us through the entire process. We are very pleased!

Not a great experience. NICOLE banned us from shopping there because we wanted to return a defective fancy electric couch within a few days of buying it. They took it back but we had to wait 2 weeks! for a check from headquarters just because the debit card was different. Then it was in the wrong name. We wouldn’t return even if they let us.

Very nice people in store but dont ever buy the protection stuff they say they come out fix or if get stain they clean or replace the cushion that messed up i called everytime can get pic send it and call back and they we call back wired a week never hear anything said leave a note it been over a month and called yesterday oh she went a customer hold gor 10 mins then said call back never at this point im ask for refund for the the protection plan and other plan since they cant keep there word and do anything but sale furniture and after out door your problem update dont wast yoir time and money it a good place get furniture but if have any problem they like carmart they wont fix a thing dont buy from this store there way better stores that will have customers support no customers support with this still haven't got my couch washed when they called after post they called said let look around we call in a few day nothing I called them and said give number to manger and nothing been 2 months same story you have a better chance get bit by a snake or a shark then get any help from these folks

Sandy helped us find a new sofa and loveseat. We were very pleased and plan to shop with her again.
