I ordered a headboard that was part of a full bed. But was told I could order just the headboard if that was all I wanted. Was told ahead of time that the screws didn't come with it. When it was delivered it didn't have the legs to the headboard that you screw into the frame either. No one seems to have an answer for me other than returning it. But I really want my headboard and if you pay for the headboard it should come with the legs when you offer it to be sold separately as an option. This is not right to your customer and should be taken care of by the store. Not by trying to get the customer to return it, but by getting the parts needed for the headboard you sold them or don't offer it sold separately. Then I returned it and the money was never posted on my account. I had to dispute it with my card holder they said Farmers Furniture entered the refund incorrectly so it never went threw on my account so they needed to redo it correctly. Farmers has refused to pay me back my money. So they now have the merchandise back and my money. That is not right! I WANT MY MONEY BACK......
