Farmers Home Furniture | Forsyth, GA

Everything is great as long as you do what the want. We purchased furniture paid cash and didn’t complain that the delivery was terrible and delayed by days due to a driver calling out. We helped unload the furniture and they loved us. We call in for a warranty repair which we paid for the warranty and were promised all repairs would be fixed and then we are an inconvenience. The first call we were told they would be in touch. We called back 4 or 5 business days later and we were told that she just received it on Monday and they were short staffed and the manager was at a conference so forgive them. This warranty was everything I thought it would be from this place and it was worth it to learn another lesson and we won’t be back. Please avoid this place and head to a reputable dealer that will honor what they agree to. Thanks

It took me a couple years to write this review, but the more I deal with businesses everyday.. the more I realize how terrible the manager was at this place. My ex husband and I had bought a couch from this place. I had 3 family members commit suicide and had admittedly missed a payment or two. The manager called during the chaos and demanded full payment immediately otherwise she was going to ‘sue’ and ‘drag me’ through court. I paid the balance immediately. After years reflecting on this situation, I would NEVER recommend someone goes through these people. The female store manager even went as far as dinging my credit one last time AFTER I paid the FULL amount off. Terrible manager, terrible business. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to yall.

Very courteous, knowledgeable & professional store experience. Delivery & set up were on time & perfect. Very positive experience!

Pleasant knowledgeable without too much pressure. I have visited other farmers furniture this is me and my friends best one.

Looking for furniture with a reasonable price? Check this place out! Of course you must ask for Gloria. She is one-of-a-kind and just as sweet as can be. The customer service we received was excellent. Not too pushy and not too distant, everything was just right. We will be back to look for more chairs. Thanks Farmers!
