I am very upset with this location. I don’t think they deserve 1 star. I can’t review other locations because I won’t purchase from them. I purchased a loveseat with the glider and recliner. Had it delivered after sitting on it I decided it was not to my liking, the recliner part wouldn’t close without getting up and kicking it to close. The glider is very hard to use it seems to be rubbing on the side. I called and they sent the delivery man out to look at it. Still nothing fixed. Second a repair man came out looked at it and said it needs adjusting. Another repairman came out and said it needed parts. Then after about 2 weeks went by and I called to see what’s going on. Well it seems that the day I called the parts were there that day. Oh wow I didn’t know that there were parts ordered. So the second repairman came out to fix it. He adjusted and did different things to it. We tipped him for coming out. Our mistake tipping a repairman trying to help us. But I thought give it a week using maybe it will loosen up. Nope still the same as when the delivery man came out. So I can’t get my money back because I tipped the repairman and said that I would try it because I still wanted to keep it. But since the tip and us saying I would try it I’m out the money and left with a useless loveseat.

I love these guys. There customer service is 5 stars. Bought box spring and mattress set Delivery and setup was top notch. Could not have done it myself I highly recommend this store.

Great experience with Farmers and very pleased with my purchase. Thank you to the delivery drivers for coming early and a quick smooth delivery. I will continue doing business with them.

They have 1 star only because it won't allow a zero. First you tell me my furniture can be delivered, then you don't call me when it comes in, 3 days later you tell me I have to pay for delivery. Everyone has amnesia when I come in the office about the furniture being delivered. I pay for delivery but there's a police officer standing behind me. Oh, he was here before you got here he's just another customer, really, since when does a police officer in full uniform park in front of the store and come in to shop, customers use those spaces called parking. And of course the delivery is not on time.

I would just like to say thanks to the young lady then giving me a chance to get my credit back right I sure appreciate it and you will be paid on time if not before time thank y'all have a blessed day
