I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I honestly feel hurt and disappointed by my experience with Farmers Home Furniture. This has been going on since I realized they erroneously, purposefully , and without remorse or concern in January of this year added a second line of credit for the same item I had paid down. So, it looks like I am in $1700 more in debt that I never had because of this particular location. I opened an account with them in August 2025, and not long afterward, two separate negative items appeared on my credit report — one for around $1,700 and another for about $500. I truly believe one of these should not be there, and I have spent months trying to get someone to help me correct the situation. I have called multiple times and spoken with the Pell City location and management more than once. Each conversation has ended with promises that someone would look into it or contact me back, but nothing has really been resolved. The hardest part has been feeling like no one genuinely cares about how much this is affecting me. This issue has hurt my credit and is now impacting my ability to qualify for a mortgage, which has been incredibly stressful and emotional. I understand mistakes can happen, but I hoped for more compassion, communication, and willingness to help from a company I trusted. I’m sharing this simply because I would want others to be aware and to make sure they carefully monitor anything reported to their credit. I truly hope Farmers improves the way situations like this are handled in the future, because customers deserve to feel heard and supported when serious issues arise.

Nothing but an awesome experience! I had a recliner break the day my husband’s back went out. I needed one asap and didn’t want to pay an arm and leg for one. I called the store and they were so kind. They helped me pick out an affordable chair and had it delivered to me the SAME DAY! Kudos guys. Great job

Pell city farmers furniture has the best staff and management. They are always there to help the community . I have purchased from them everytime I needed new furniture. I have been highly satisfied with each purchase . They get it delivered in a very timely manner. If there is ever any issues with the furniture you purchase they send someone right out to fix it or make it right . This is the only store I ever purchase from because of the friendly staff and the quality of the furniture I purchase . Tonya in management is a wonderful leader for her team and is amazing to work with when you are making a purchase . I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase new furniture
