Bedzzz Express

Looking for a new bed is never a fun experience, but it doesn’t have to be painful. We were both entertained and educated by our visit with Jim here at the Pell City location. We came two Saturdays in a row taking our time to make the best choice for our needs. Jim took his time and never rushed us. He answered all our questions and concerns. We told him our different sleeping styles and he helped us narrow down the choices to help of make the right purchase. Now after the decision to purchase the mattress we thought of the stress to pay for this large purchase. Jim calmed our fears with what he offered. He told us we had the option of a “five year” or “60 month” interest free financing. This guy kept us laughing. We left confident that we not only made the right decision on our new bed, but also convinced we made the right choice of who to buy our new mattress from. Bedzzz Express in Pell City is the right choice for your mattress needs. Jim Profetto is the right man for this location. Buying or not you will leave blesses.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review for Patrick I had an outstanding experience working with Patrick during my recent mattress purchase. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect fit—not just making a sale. He took the time to explain the differences between each mattress, answered every question with patience, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my choice. Patrick’s professionalism and customer-first approach turned what could have been a stressful decision into an easy, smooth, and enjoyable process. Thanks to him, I’m sleeping better than ever. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for Patrick—you won’t regret it! ⸻

We had a great experience at Bedzzz Express in Pell City yesterday. Mr. Charles was filling in for the regular guy, and he was very friendly and helpful. He showed us a few options and we found the perfect bed for our needs. We were in and out in an hour, which I was very happy about. No excess haggling or selling- just a really good deal on what we needed. Also, I didn't get their names, but the delivery guys were SUPER kind and courteous! They were professional and quick. We are pleased with the whole experience and will definitely go back the next time we need a mattress.

Jim profetto was extremely helpful and his customer service was absolutely amazing. He did not pressure us at all and made sure we was pleased with our choice before making the sale.

Had a great experience with Mark. Can’t wait for new mattress to arrive and old one to be picked up. Thanks a lot!
