Farmers Home Furniture | Russellville, KY

Virginia Lee, Kaitlynn Rice and a young man, I don’t know his name, that works in Russellville, Ky, are the best ever. They are customer friendly, not pushy, and very patient with customers. They go above and beyond customer service. I worked retail for years and they are certainly an asset for your company.

This is my 2nd purchase here at the Russellville location and they have been great! Virginia has been the one to help me and my wife and she’s done great at explaining the paperwork and how everything works. Not to mention the deals she gave us were awesome! I Will continue to do business there!

The manager is the absolute sweetest does what she can to make sure your terms and payments are set to your expectations!! My salesman, he is low key and I respect that, doesn’t bombard you even though he’s only there for commission!! Would recommend even though prices are high but with Lesser than good credit what can you expect!! 5 stars all DAY !! Go see them they will at the least help get you, the help You need to get good quality goods for your Home 🏠

Love my mattress it's perfect, but what really made for a great experience was the pple. The young lady that helped me pick out what was right for me without pushing me to buy. The gentleman that delivered to us was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely purchase more due to the wonderful staff.

Very nice, informative, and knowledgeable. No issues with delivery or moving items in the home. Very pleasant experience.
