Farmers Home Furniture | Franklin, KY

Have bought a lot of furniture and paid cash......I bought a recliner about 6 months ago bottom was broken....It took the repair people 3 month a to come look at it after calling the store numerous times.....There's supposed to be a part ordered over 3 months ago....I haven't heard from it....I have asked thd store manager as well as the sales lady that told it to me to at least Check on it to see if the part has even been ordered....the manager just said they don't do that...that they wd let me know if it comes in....a month later I asked my salesperson to ask the manager again and call me back...she said yes...Not a word yet....My chair pops bad when I rock....I feel like the stor Ed is responsible for making sure and following up with th Ed m bring thd one a who sold the recliner to me..I'm seriously considering taking it to SCC here in my home town...Franklin ky...just for the principal

I came in near the end of the day, yet Cameron was so helpful to me and I purchased a sofa, end table and coffee table and she was able to have it delivered within a couple hours on the same day! Awesome! Also, the two delivery guys were extremely professional and nice! Would highly recommend shopping here for anyone thinking about it!
