Great experience with this company. I went in looking for an office desk that I ended up making a purchase on. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order due to some technicalities on my end. I spoke with the manager within 24 hours, who had my order canceled and my down payment reimbursed the same day. Salesman Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. All staff members I worked with were very professional and friendly. I would do business with this company in the future. Great products in the showroom coupled with friendly service. Thank you.

We were met at the front door by a salesman who directed us to several locations in the store that had displays of what we were looking for. He kept a respectful distance yet was available to us to answer questions and demonstrate options. Because we live out of town we needed to measure the available space to insure a good fit. We concluded our purchase by email, text, and telephone. Very efficiently handled. Nice inventory. Nice employees.

We have purchased a variety of furniture over the years from Fashion Furniture and always have a great experience. Furniture is well made and comes within the time frame promised. Our most recent purchase is this barrel, swivel chair (in the attached pictures). We loved the way it looked and realized we have room for a second watching chair, ordered it today! :))

Great experience with my Sales Representative, Lynn Simmerman. Fashion Furniture has a wide variety of different styles of furniture. I gave Lynn a few details of what I was looking for and she showed me different options. I ended up purchasing something I hadn't even thought about. And on top of that, she made me a great deal $$. Love it. I will be back the next time I need furniture.

We received an invitation to a private sales event at Fashion Furniture and since we were in the market for a new couch, we decided to check it out. Our last couch (also from Fashion Furniture) has lasted over 20 years! Our Sales Representative, Michael Plowman, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, attentive to the details of what we were looking for and patiently helped us to choose the best option and fabrics for our preferred price range and needs. We never felt pressured to make a purchase or to go over our budget. Even though we were shopping near closing time, we never felt rushed or pushed to leave the store. Mike even sent us pictures after the store had closed to help us in our decision making process. When we came back with our grandchildren the following day to make our final purchase, Mike was very gracious and accommodating, making provision to keep them entertained as they waited for us. The next time we are looking for a new piece of furniture, we will definitely start our search with Mike at Fashion Furniture!
