We just purchased a mattress here and had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Tami. She was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to show us a wide variety of mattresses and pillows to make sure we found the perfect fit. Tami thoroughly explained the extended warranty on everything so we felt completely confident in our purchase. What blew us away the most was how family-friendly the experience was-she even provided a coloring activity for our toddler to keep her entertained while we sealed the deal. We highly recommend asking for Tami if you want knowledgeable, stress-free, and thoughtful service.

Corey was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient and we felt no pressure to buy. I would have given 5 stars but Synchrony ruined my good mood. I was okayed for more than enough at a competitor’s store the day before but with the same information the next day it denied the amount and red flagged me. They also instated a 30 day suspension of a loan and are sending me a letter as of why. No one on their help line could tell me exactly why. I ended up having to ask my girlfriend to get the synchrony loan. It was embarrassing as well inconvenient. Corey even got on my cell to speak with a rep to see what happened, but had no luck. All in all a great experience with Mattress Firm but not the finance company aiding to purchase the mattress.

Deepika Is amazing! She sold us three beds with three operational bases that have turned our entire world upside down. We are in Heaven and we are never cheating ourselves from good sleep again. The last time I was in this store was 10 years ago, and I was impressed that I was still in their system after 10 years. Pedro helped me and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient, and he went to some trouble to make sure I got the best deal and the shipping details that I wanted.

Customer Service was amazing! Deepika was patient and took the time to educate us in the various mattress. She was kind and knew the products well. Her delivery was exceptional, she listened to our needs, and did not over sell us, during the holiday season! Thank you!
