Ferguson's Furniture Co

I had a great experience shopping for a sectional and rugs with Jake Dane. He was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend working with him!

Came in today in Benton Arkansas and was greeted by Daniel, and I have to say he was very professional and nice to deal with, no pressure! I told him exactly what we were looking for and he took me to what I wanted! Highly recommend them! Now I haven't gotten my furniture in just yet, so hopefully the delivery will be excellent too, I will keep you updated on the delivery and the quality of the the furniture as well! To be continued.....

I seldom write up reviews! However, it seemed really important to leave a compliment concerning a reason purchase at Ferguson’s Furniture in Benton. Arkansas. The young man, named Jake, greeted me at the door. I told him I needed a replacement bed because of recent back surgery. He was so professional, yet very polite! He showed me two models that he thought would provide the best support for my back. He said he would show me any other I might like to see. Jake never tried to rush my decision; had extensive knowledge of all the products; and encouraged me to lay on each long enough to get a feel of the bed. Never once did I feel pressured to choose the more expensive model over the one I felt was the most comfortable. I was really impressed by Jake. If more customer representatives were even a little like Jake, in my opinion, many stores would be more successful! Thank you Hake for such a pleasant experience.

What a wonderful and pleasant experience to purchase furniture from Ferguson’s. Bailey could not have been more helpful and patient. She and Daniel made a sweet deal on exactly what I wanted. THE best customer service by far! Would 1000% recommend this store. Ask for Bailey. Very easy to work with and offered so many helpful design suggestions.Great quality furniture at very affordable pricing. They sure aim to please! And did!!

Jake Dane was very receptive, not a pushy car salesman, very professional and polite, answered all of our questions, and made our purchase experience pleasant. Mention if you're a veteran, and he lights up cause this man also served our country proudly in the Army. I'm so glad to have done business with this patriot.
