We had our refrigerator go out; and, we bought a new beautiful Whirlpool from Johnston’s. The men that brought our new one were absolutely fantastic!!!! They were super nice and courteous! They were extremely knowledgeable. The had the old one out and the new one in, in no time! They were Wonderful!!!!!
View on GoogleIs there a place for a Zero star? I went in today to look at their fabrics. I am wanting to make a quilt, so am interested in the fabrics. When I walked in there, I could see no one. I located the fabrics on the opposite side of the store. As a neared, I finally heard people talking. I walked through the display of fabric, looking both at the fabrics, and looking for some indication of how they were arranged. I could find no signage indicating price, type, or logic to the arrangement. Although there were people talking, the only person to see me or talk to me was another customer. I left without seeing anyone working there.
View on GoogleRecently my Samsung washer started doing crazy things. I called Johnston’s and they bent over backwards to fit me in for a repair. Initially, we were sidelined by Samsung tech-support. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong & gave up, but Johnston’s staff, Sarena and John joined forces and knocked it out of the park! John listened to my description of the issue, took the machine apart and found what was wrong, Sarena helped acquire the part, John got right back in here and replaced the faulty part. It was just as suspected… A valve had broken off and was lodged in the pipe, causing all the problems. It was a team effort and I appreciate their kindness and willingness to what I call “true customer service”! You don’t see a lot of that anymore these days. I’m a Christian, so I have to give glory to God because he hooked me up with these guys…and because they allow God to work through them… They’ve got my business! See… all things work for the good of those who love Christ! Thank you, Johnston’s….Benton, AR needs more businesses like yours!
View on GoogleWe recently purchased a mattress from here and it was a great experience. My boyfriend and are are young and this was our first real mattress purchase. The woman that helped us was so nice and helpful. The whole process went so smoothly we were in and out with our new mattress within 20 minutes. To top it all off, we checked the mail today to find a very sweet, hand written note thanking us for our purchase. We hope to buy a home soon and will definitely come back here for any appliances we need.
