Ashley Store + Outlet

Excellent experience, Scott Shumacher was our salesman. He was professional, very helpful and got us an exceptional deal on our sectional. Delivery was quick and on time as told to us. I would definitely recommend Ashley's in Bryant, ask for Scott!!!.

I can’t thank the Ashley team in Bryant, Arkansas enough for your time, patience and professionalism in my most recent purchase. My salesperson Tammy was phenomenal, friendly, authentic, and made me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase. The delivery team was helpful and ensured that everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. I’m blessed beyond measure!

I have bought many things from Ashley Furniture in Bryant. But my best experience there, EVER, was the other day when I met Angel and she helped me find a kitchen table for my son's new house. The way she greeted me was fantastic! And she just treated me like we had been friends for years. She knew the store and the inventory, which kept me from having to walk all of those acres looking for something that might not be there. And when we found one I liked she quickly checked to see if there was a sale price she could activate on it - and there was! I don't know how she did it so differently than the other times people there have helped me, but she made me feel like I was in and out but at the same time not rushed. She must be good because they had her training a new guy. She was so good at her job, so accomodating and friendly, that she made me want to buy the protection plan and even look around for more furniture I might need! She was just such a pleasure to work with! And I want everyone to go buy something from Angel so she'll still be there when I need something else!

We’ve now purchased from Ashley’s Furniture twice, both times with Angel, and she has been fantastic. She’s patient, knowledgeable, never pushy, and really helped us find exactly what we needed. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend her!

While shopping, we did not feel pressured at all! The importance was to make sure we purchased the right mattress for us and not the right mattress to sell. Even though we were up front about looking at other seller establishments we were still given lots of knowledge about different products. The knowledge of why one product was different or better than the next was abundant! In easy terms, we were impressed by the customer service, knowledge of products, and in short made the easy decision to do business with Jana. Our business was earned 100% and we feel we will not be forgotten after the sale. Thank you Ashley Furniture and thank you Jana!
