FMO BG Corp

Placed on order online for a tv stand on May 2nd and didn't receive until May 18th to be delivered to the BG store. According to the website was supposed be there within 7-10 days. I called the BG store a week after placing the order just to check on it. They told me they have no idea and dont deal with online orders and I would have to call the Murfreesboro store. Called the store to find out it hasn't even left the warehouse yet and wouldn't be at the Murfreesboro store until a week later. Then it would take 3 days to get it to BG. I called on Monday and they did tell me they would be bringing it up that day, which was appreciated. However when I went to get it the following day, I was greeted by someone in workout gear and flip flops and very unprofessional. Asked me to sign a form for pick up, but did not ask for any identification or reciept. I coukd have been anyone and no one would know. They told me to pick it up around back. The same guy and another loaded it, upside down and caused a hole in the box (Pictures included). This whole process has been nothing but chaos. And will be the last time I purchase from them, when I'm the past I have spent thousands with them. When most of the furniture can be delivered in a few days and cheaper from Amazon.

Bought two couches from FMO and they turned out great for our living room. Andrew and Nate delivered our furniture to the house, were very respectful of our property, and placed the couches where we needed them without issue. We have bought other pieces from FMO in the past and have been very satisfied with the products and delivery process.

Andrew and Nate were the ones who helped us out with our purchase. I was unable to be home during the delivery and the installation so it was just my girlfriend here. They helped her move the old furniture out of the way and were very kind and efficient with the installation. My girlfriend felt safe the entire time with these two at the house. Andrew and Nate did a great job and FMO was great to do business with.

Just got a couch, first purchase from FMO. It’s great! Fits our space perfectly. The delivery was fast, less than a week after our purchase. Andrew and Nate brought the couch over and they were awesome. Great communication on delivery day and they brought everything in surprisingly quickly! Super thankful for their help and for FMO being so easy to work with!

DELIVERY was top notch with ANDREW and NATE. They delivered our sectional couch today. It was much appreciated that they handled with care while bringing in through the front door as to not damage anything. They were both very professional and well mannered as well. Great experience with these two!
