Sleep Number

I’ve had a lot of neck and shoulder pain recently and decided it was time to invest in a nicer pillow. While in the store, I spoke with Juan, who is clearly very knowledgeable about all the different types of pillows that the store offers. I had no idea there were so many different types, so I was quite appreciative of him taking the time to explain the benefits of the various styles. I’ve never been to this type of store before and was very impressed by the overall personable customer experience, and I’ve been sleeping much better since!

Tyler and Sam from the Bowling Green Store deserve 10 stars! They assisted me in getting the time delivery changed when I was worried about having to wait longer for the bed. The men who delivered the bed were very kind and very professional. You guys are great! Thanks for putting up with me:

My wife and I went in looking for a bed due to some recent health issues I’ve been encountering and it was a wonderful experience. We went on a Sunday after church and were greeted with an open door and a warm smile from the manager, Tyler. He went through the whole process diligently and professionally creating an overall wonderful experience. He was not pushy, he informed us and was helpful in making sure we got what we needed for what we could afford. His team is top notch and it reflects by his leadership as a manager. Tyler and his crew including Sam and Juan at the Bowling Green, KY are great to work with. We have purchased two different sleep number beds from this store and love both of them. Sam was a big help with our recent bedding purchase.

I waited all day for my couch just for it to be damaged. And now I have to file a claim and jump through hoops. Also for the price of the couch it's made of cheap plywood
