I have had my Fox queen sized therapeutic mattress for about a month now. I know it takes a while to get used to a new mattress. Jack was the salesman who assisted me. I am a very indecisive person who takes forever to make an important decision regarding my comfort. Jack was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and encouraged me to try all of the different options available in their showroom. He went the extra mile to make sure I was
satisfied with my purchase. He communicated with me via emails and phone conversations, which I appreciated. I also want to acknowledge the employees that are responsible for delivering the
products to the customers. They were punctual- arrived within the time frame indicated, and were cordial and efficient in setting up the box spring, mattress, and removal of old mattress. I like dealing with established area businesses, and Fox has been around a very long time and has an excellent reputation. Thanks again Jack.

We just purchased our 3rd and 4th mattress’s from Fox Mattress. Everything from making the selection, price and setting up the delivery time and the delivery was so very easy because of Ms Chelsea our sales person. Delivery was exactly the time we discussed even in the light rain. The delivery folks were knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and perfect gentleman and I can highly recommend Fox Mattress as the go to location for superb quality and service. In addition they are locally owned and operated. If you are in the market for a new mattress please consider Fox Mattress and help support our local businesses.

Quality and Customer Service were our experiences with Fox Mattress! Trina was so helpful, professional and made the buying process smooth. The delivery guys were excellent and the entire team followed through every detail. We are very happy with the mattress and would highly recommend!

Jack from Fox Mattress was wonderful and attentive! He answered all of our questions. After trying 3 or 4 different beds, we bought the orthopedic mattress and it was well worth it! Also, everything was very clean! Definitely, does not feel like some of those other bedding places that try to sell you junk. I am a returning customer and have always been satisfied with the built-better beds from Fox.

We had been looking for a new mattress for quite some time, and even though I drive past Fox Mattress every day on my way to work, it was one of the last places we visited. After spending an entire day driving all around Orlando visiting some of the “top of the line” mattress companies, we found a few we liked but none we loved. So, we decided to stop by Fox Mattress before calling it a day, and we’re so glad we did.
When we walked in, we were greeted by Trina, who immediately asked what type of mattress we were looking for. When we jokingly said, “One that won’t kill my wife’s back,” she took it seriously and began asking thoughtful questions to help narrow down our preferences. Not once did she talk about prices or push a sale. Instead, she focused on understanding our needs and making sure we were truly comfortable. She spent well over half an hour with us, patiently answering questions, letting us test bed after bed (and then back again), and giving honest, informed feedback.
When we mentioned we had one more store to visit, that was the only time she brought up price or financing, and even then, it was only because I asked. It was such a contrast to every other store we visited that day. We left, but after only five minutes at the other store we turned to each other and said, “Ready to go back to Fox?”
We returned just before closing, and Trina welcomed us without any rush. She helped us set up an 18-month 0% financing plan and scheduled delivery for the following week. The mattress was delivered earlier than expected, and the crew even hauled away our old one.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Two weeks in, we’re both sleeping better, with less back and hip pain, and we couldn’t be happier.
