Volusia Mattress

We walked into this store to check out some mattress we had in mind . The owner was knowledgeable and guided us to the right one. His customer service skills were awesome. I called to check on our order and mattress came in that day and he put me right on the schedule the next day. His guys on delivery day hit some bumps were traffic, but they arrived later than planned but I didn’t care for I need a bed. lol they were in and out within 7 minutes. Great crew. If I need any more mattress this is definitely my shop.

We had great experience at the store. The first mattresses we purchased were too hard. Two months later upgraded to a Pufy. Return other mattresses with no problem.

Pat at Volusia mattress was amazing helping us to find the perfect bed. So very helpful and no pressure. I recommend him a thousand times over!!!

On October 26, I purchased a Puffy Royal Mattress that came with two free pillows and sleep masks. The mattress was delivered three weeks later after several calls requesting a delivery update. The delivery person informed me that I would receive the free pillows and sleep masks by FedEx. Four weeks later, still no pillows and sleep masks. When I again called the store, they informed me those items were being processed by Puffy. This prompted me to actually call Puffy to confirm. The Puffy rep. informed me she did not see any order for those free items despite them being listed on my invoice, but would look into it. I'm still waiting on a resolution; update to follow. The long delivery wait times, lack of communication, and order mishap from this store is unacceptable to me given other available choices in the area. Update: I received the complementary items on November 28. Thank you Volusia Mattress for working to make things right.

kelsie and Clay were fabulous helping us pick out our new bed. They really worked with us my back pain has subsidea and we are super happy with our purchase
