Alex and his staff did an excellent job helping us put together our rental lake house at Boardwalk Village in Celina. We had a 4 bedroom home to furnish and they made it a very enjoyable process!

Salespeople are very personable, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Lots of options to choose from. We are moving soon and found ourselves in need of a few pieces. We had already been to the usual suspects around Columbus/Dublin area and Francis beat their prices by ALOT which meant we were able to get more bang for our buck. Our saleslady wrote up the oder, took the required deposit. Order is ready to go as soon as we have a closing date. I feel this service far and above what you may find at the larger retailers. Francis was definitely worth the look and glad we found them.

We just purchased a beautiful leather sofa from Francis Furniture. Alex and the team in Bellefontaine were great to work with. We are thrilled with our new sofa and are looking forward to working with them in the future for additional items for our coffee shop.

Very impressed with the available selection. I had pictures of items that I wanted and the extremely helpful staff was able to help me find everything I needed. Not to mention it was all top quality material that will last forever.

Had a problem with my La-Z-Boy Lift Master Chair. I Called Francis Furniture, because that is where I made the purchase. Spoke with Alex (owner), he said he'd send out his serviceman. The serviceman didn't know anything about the chair, proceeded to tell me he hates working on them, and left without doing anything. He did not even have a screwdriver, a flashlight. or any other tool. His pants were down around his thighs, and we had to look at his underwear. When he left the chair was still inoperable, and I was angry. I cancelled the check for $150.00. Then I wrote a letter to Alex and explained why I cancelled the check. Then I called Alex and explained again why I cancelled the check. But my chair is not right. It is Still inoperable. I am wheel chair bound and need this chair to sleep in. I decided to call Alex back, and buy a NEW Chair, and then have him bring the old one into his shop to make the repairs. He called me back and told me no, he didn't want to do business with me. It is painfully obvious that we are dealing with an immature, selfish man, who doesn't need my business. Good Enough. I hope the rest of you will read this and think twice about visiting Francis Furniture.
