My husband and I went to a few stores to find livingroom furniture. We did not quite find what we wanted until we went to Ashley's in Bellfountain Ohio. The sales girl Megan was so nice to talk to. Very informative and she had a great personality. She was easy to talk to. She answered all our questions. She knew exactly what we needed. Even the people she work with was nice and helpful. They worked off each other wonderfully. And it made me feel like they really cared , not competing with each other. I will, definitely go back to look for more pieces for the other parts of my house. Thank you megan!
View on GoogleKelsi was very knowledgeable and friendly. She didn’t hound or bother us. She asked if we needed help or any information she would be around to answer any of our questions. I was impressed as always. I am a repeated customer and my family and friends have shopped Ashley’s Furniture and have gotten furniture there in the past.I would recommend their furniture, etc… to my family.
View on GoogleGreat mattress buying experience with Kelsi! She was very knowledgeable and charismatic and a joy to work with. She explained things well and respected our budget and helped us make our purchase. We worked with Janet a few months ago on buying a new couch and that experience was a joy too! We are fortunate to have such a great furniture in this area… 10/10 would recommend shopping here!
View on GoogleKelsi helped my husband and I choose just the right furniture and layout for our living room. She took the time to visit our home to help us choose what would best fit our space and lifestyle. That visit was very much appreciated and so helpful to make the right purchase. Kelsi was very knowledgeable about the furniture and a pleasure to work with. Everyone at the store was very polite and friendly. We will definitely go back for any future purchases we need to make.
View on GoogleMy wife and I came in looking for a rocker recliner. Janet met us and welcomed us in and took us to recliner department. It took less than five minutes to find the perfect recliner for me. It was a great experience. It only took a few minutes to pay! We will be back. I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture Store for any furniture needs!
