Alex is such an amazing saleswoman, she assists swiftly and efficiently while giving you a smile on your face in the process. The selection of furniture is amazing and they were able to help us order from a variety of things online and design our own sectional!

We were looking for a new mattress and found Frankfort Discount Warehouse. Large selection of mattresses with varied price points. Alex was very patient with us as we checked every one (some a couple times). After making our final selection, she got it scheduled for delivery very quickly. The 2 guys who delivered it were very polite and respectful as well. We love our new mattress. Thank you!!!

Alex is such a great person, so hoepfully she has so much knowledge about what is in the store. She has always taken care of us. She always have a smile on her face and such a great customer service. I would always love coming in the store. 😁

Ordered a mattress, bed rails, and boxspring on 1/23. Was told 7-14 days. Was not delivered until second week of March and that’s with me having to call weekly after a month. It was always “we’ll have it by the end of the week to the beginning of next week!” Repeat for a month. They then forgot to include the foot parts of the bed rails. They of course said that they’d have a replacement at the end of the week to beginning following week because they can’t just send the footing part. Of course midweek and still not here and no call to update. The boxspring also had a rip in it that had been stapled. I had previously had good experiences with them, but that was 6+ years ago. It’s gone way downhill and I will not shop here again.
