Sims Furniture

I found the best furniture store in Frankfort! Michael and his staff are friendly and helpful. The store is easy to navigate and the furniture is good quality. Michael showed me the living room sets he had in stock and within my budget - no high pressure selling. Best furniture shopping experience!

This place has been a pleasure to work with! Staff were awesome and helpful. They dont follow you around the floor trying to sell you the most expensive thing there. They allow you to take your time, find the perfect piece and help you get a great deal!

I recently bought a queen-sized bed from Sims. Rachelle, my salesperson, was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. They have a very nice selection of beds and will help you find what you are looking for without pressuring you to purchase. Very attractive showroom too. They were able to arrange delivery of my bed for the very next day. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly very helpful got me financed fast and helped us get out from under bills believe it or not.

I had a very positive experience with Sims Furniture in Frankfort. I fractured my shoulder and desperately needed a recliner for sleeping and recovering. Since I'm currently uable to drive, I couldn't go visit stores and check out recliners in person. I shopped on-line and ran into the usual problems: items out-of-stock, shipping delays, etc. I called Sims and explained my situation. The sales staff there were incredibly helpful. They selected a couple of recliners they thought could work well for my specific needs and texted photos. I ordered one on a Friday and it was delivered the following Saturday. It's perfect! I should add that the delivery guys were super efficient and friendly. Overall, I was very pleased with Sims and recommend them highly.
