Mattress Overstock - Georgetown

Went in today around 4pm, the store manager was in a DEEP SLEEP! We walked around and found the mattress we wanted but of course we couldn’t leave with it. My fiancé yelled and I mean yelled to wake him up and he didn’t budge. The lights weren’t on til we walked in (motion lights), hours and the door sign clearly stated they were open. Sloppy service without a doubt, will never buy let alone look at this company again. Pure laziness especially from a manager. We took our business to mattress outfitters in Georgetown,Ky and they were amazing! Very quick and easy, also there were workers up walking around and awake. To your reply, I work at the hospital, far from a competitor 🤣. Why would I want to work for a mattress company? I have a video also of dude snoring. Considering I’ve bought from yall before at a different location this is a joke of a business. Clearly the complain isn’t false or the photo wouldn’t have been taken? I’m surprised yall could review footage considering your workers sleep all day. I’m sure the one pictured is the one leaving the review, since you’re the manager and all… Why don’t you release the footage? Show that we found a mattress we liked and we tried to wake up the worker to purchase said mattress? We had cash in hand ready to load it up lmao. We literally could have walked out of your store with a free mattress and you wouldn’t have known… luckily we aren’t thieves. Funny how the guest pictured definitely works there. I’ll be glad to go in there some time this week and upload his photo. It was literally just me and my fiance that walked in the store. Stop trying to save your reputation by putting false reviews, leak the footage. The guy pictured in the photo also drives a black SUV! It’s typically parked out front a lot, so it’s kinda hard to lie. You’re just making your review look goofy on my post. I’m just a mom that works at a hospital that was looking for a nice mattress. But don’t worry the other company got us right.not to mention if said guest walked into the store with us, where’s the workers at? Because there wasn’t any which leads to him being the culprit. Can’t believe yall let your workers dress like bums. Dude literally was dressed like a street rat, he wasn’t selling a thing🤣😭

Drew was a great help in selecting our mattresses. He was knowledgeable about the product and was able to understand what we were wanting and suggest two good options. He gave us time to test them and space to talk between ourselves in making our decision. Drew was a pleasure to work with in finding the mattresses for us

The gentleman that helped me was awesome, and he wasn't even really the salesman. The only negative part of my experience was they forgot my mattress pad when they delivered my mattress. Which wasn't awful but when I went to pick it up from the store. The salesman there that day was awful. I would not have purchased anything from him.

Angel was very patient and knowledgeable. After being told what we were looking for and price range, he was all in. Thank you Angel for your time and help.

The Georgetown store salesman “Q” was friendly and helpful and we were pleased with our sales experience. The delivery men were careful while removing our old mattress and bringing in our new mattress. Thank you
