Frazier & Son

Shop around if you don’t have endless money. Customer service was good when we were looking but after shopping around, we found the exact lazyboy couch and sofa from another store at a much better price. We reached out to Heather and asked if they could adjust the price and we would order it since she had spent a bunch of time with us. She asked the person in charge and they said “no, we won’t come down at all” so we ordered it from a different furniture store and saved several hundred dollars. Also Frazier and Sons were charging us a higher delivery because we are 5.1 miles away and she said that if it was 5 or under, it would have only been $29. .1 miles is close enough to keep a customer happy in my mind. We tried to stay local but they made it hard. Edit: this is to their response. Exact same fabric and product number that we recieved from your store on our quote and nearly doubling the delivery over .1 miles is ridiculous. Your poor response will hopefully cost you business when the world reads it.

Highly recommend! Kept us informed of delivery time and showed up as they said they would.

I had the pleasure of working with Connie, Michael and a most helpful young man in the warehouse. After receiving a sale flyer here in Peterborough, I knew a drive West was in order. Connie guided me to a jaw dropping queen bed frame and an awesome office desk. The team at Frazier and Son rock. Just sad the rating only ends at 5 Stars!

We loved our experience at Frazier & Son. Everyone was super helpful and they have a wide selection. We found exactly what we were looking for. The couch was delivered faster than expected. They were very communicative. The delivery personnel were fantastic. They made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. I cannot say enough good things about our purchase. We will be coming back for all of our furniture needs!

Delivery was quick and the gentlemen were very courteous and respectful.
