Syd's Carpet and Snooze Room

So Beyond Happy with the staff at Syd’s Carpet and Snooze Room, RIGHT HERE in Keene. As a first time furniture buying they made it warm, inviting and such a smooth process. Really felt like we were in and out. We especially appreciated the use of their measuring tape ;) Thank you even more Specifically to the two wonderful staff people that were nothing but amazing! Keep up the great work Jessica (and the other woman, for whom i did not get their name)!! So humble. And thank you again for making all my first big purchase dreams come true. (Pic is of my stuff in it’s new home)

We had hardwood floors installed by Syd's and we are happy with the results. Without a doubt go local! Jay and his team were responsive, efficient, and respectful of our home. Great customer service all around.

Purchased a mattress with the help of Jess. She knows her stuff and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and try out all the mattresses. Immunization on delivery day way much appreciated. The delivery guys were great and super professional! Thanks Syd's!

We have bought several items from this store. Today marks the second time we went to purchase another big ticket item and the store is closed when they are supposed to be open. How do they do business and keep customers when they close many times unexpectedly. From this point on we will no longer purchase or recommend this company. They get 1 star because They do not allow negative numbers.

We had a great experience at Syd’s Carpet yesterday. We purchased a lovely new very soft sectional. Dee was amazingly helpful and made the purchase process a breeze! She has such a wonderful personality and is very knowledgeable. Thanks again! 🙂🙂
