Fred's Beds

Bought two mattresses from them and was very pleased with the product and the service! Joel and Lisa were both very nice to work with and helped us with everything! Definitely recommend them!

The owners are true locals who understand great customer service! They were honest and very fair priced. We've had our mattress now for a few months and have been more than happy. We will be in the market for another one soon and no need to waste time shopping around. I will be headed right back to them. You will not be disappointed!

Joel provided us with exceptional customer service in my purchase of an adjustable base, mattress, and pillows for my mother who is moving into one of our local assisted living facilities. From the purchase, delivery and setup, everything was handled on time and a courtesy call letting me know all was completed was much appreciated. I mean everything was ready to go when we arrived. I know where to go for my bedding needs.

New customer to Fred’s Beds and so very satisfied with their friendly and helpful customer service, the quality and pricing of their products and services, and their genuine commitment to meeting the customer’s needs. They truly exceeded my expectations. I most definitely will continue to shop with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bedding store and service.

Very rarely do I leave a review, but Fred’s Beds of Oak Island/Southport is one of the best small businesses around. Start with old fashioned quality customer service, add in friendly, great listeners and able to make a change of plans on a dime and you have service that can’t be beat. I can’t say enough good things about the team that runs this store. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for bedroom furniture. And the prices are incredibly reasonable as well.
