The Mattress Capital

I would have loved to give this company a great review as the Sales Guy was really nice and helpful and I felt like I got a good value and product but after the delivery of the Box Springs and mattresses it all went south. I wound up not needing the Twin XL box springs for the King bed and the box springs for the twin beds ere the wrong size too . They agreed to swap out the 2 Twin box springs but would not take back the King XL's . The excuse was once they were out of the plastic they could not take them back but yet they swapped out the twins.... hmmm . The delivery guys had them out of the plastic and on the bed before we could even see it happen and I have a picture showing just how high the bed would have been had I used them. You would need a step ladder to get on the bed. I called the company immediately and again afterward but they gave me a runaround both times. Said I should sell them on marketplace , seriously..... I ordered the box springs over the phone the day after ordering the mattresses once my actual bed was in place so I could make sure of the exact measurement of the box springs I would need if any. The sales person put me on hold and came back to tell me the depth of the mattresses which I measured while I was on the phone with him to make absolute clear I ordered the correct height. Turns out I didn't even need one for the King Bed and the 2 twins were too low .... I don't normally even give reviews but I felt like this was a deserving message to warn others , go back to the store and measure the mattresses yourself. I still have the King 5" XL's if anyone needs them I'll make you a deal!

Jim was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what we were looking for in a mattress. There were plenty of options and he helped us decide on one within our budget. Timely delivery and great service. We will definitely return for any future mattress needs.

Had a fantastic experience buying a new mattress! Not my favorite thing to do but Jim made it easy! He is knowledgeable and actually cares about his customers! We had an issue with our existing box spring and didn’t know until the delivery guys came and told me. They had a new one in the truck and we were taken care of that day. Highly recommend!

I purchased two mattresses for our guest bedroom from the Mattress Capital. Both were of excellent quality and purchased at a great price. Mary Ann was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to get the best deal and earliest delivery. I highly recommend this company.

Great service! The salesman David went above and beyond with answering any questions and was so patience as my husband and I try to decide what mattress set to buy. He was very professional, helpful, and friendly to deal with. I would highly recommend buying a mattress set at this store. I also meant the store manager Gus nice guy and also very professional. It was truly a pleasant experience.
