This company and employees are horrible. The product suck and they don’t follow through on their word. Very rude. Plus I to have seen there trucks on the road and their driving is embarrassing. I doubt this review will get to them as you see they never try to fix or correct any mistakes/issues.

This is one fantastic place to shop. The owner is a wonderful/kind/polite person, wherever you see him in the store or away from. 😊 I have bought and followed him from three places…..on Main Street, in Rossville, now on Brainerd Road. Since Main Street, I have not bought mattresses any where else. ❤️

Yeah maybe choose your drivers better because they make your company look horrible. This is also towards the front of the building when it is pouring down rain.

If you need a mattress, this is the place to go! I had shopped all over Chattanooga before finding Freeman Mattress Outlet. I was treated like family, but better. I purchased 2 queens and 1 king and came out spending a fraction of what the big stores are asking for the same product. Same day delivery was quick and professional. Sylvester Freeman has a customer for life. I will definitely be back and send all my friends. Thank you, Mr. Freeman. I can't say enough good things about you and your business.

Worse experience ever..This man literally pulled up to my house with attitude and refused to lift the mattress he delivers because he saw I had a son... if 0 was a rating...don't waste your time people
