I had an Outstanding experience, thanks to Dane Wheeler at Denver Mattress at Furniture Row in Chattanooga, TN. Dane went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress, taking the time to answer every question, explaining options clearly, and never rushing or pressuring me, and making sure I felt confident in my choice. His customer service was truly exceptional – patient, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. One of the managers, Josh, was also Exceptional in the process in helping to close the great deal I received. I highly recommend asking for Dane if you want an stress-free, positive buying experience! Thank you Dane!

I went to Denver mattress expecting a high pressure sales but what I got was a guy by the name of Will. We walked through what my needs were and why I was shopping for a new mattress. He actually listen then helped pick out the correct product. He did not do high pressure sales on me but gave me a honest and fair quote. I must say I was impressed with the professional plus his knowledge and the fact that he is not only interested in how much he sells you but that you truly get the right product for your needs.
