Shannon at the Marshfield store was amazing to work with. My England furniture was customizable for the color of the couch, loveseat and the accent pillows. Shannon was very helpful in assisting me with picking out the colors. She didn't come across as the pushy 'car salesperson'. I would highly recommend working with her. It was a great experience from the time I placed the order until the delivery today. This is my second purchase from Furniture & Appliance Mart and I'm happy.

I met with Shannon and she did a fantastic job explaining all of my options for a new sofa. I placed an order that same week. She kept me informed the entire time the sofa was being made. I was given 5 days notice before the delivery date. The men who delivered my new sofa were great, very courteous and responsible. Rick was our sales guy, and he was great. We needed a new washer and we needed it in our budget. If we hit one dead end he had more ideas for us to be able to get our washer.
