We ordered and received a large, heavy desk chair online. The manufacturer said they would arrange assembly but the large heavy boxes were dropped off without provisions for assembly. We called Gene's and they came over within 30 minutes, assembled the chair perfectly and took the boxes. They were very professional. Great service in this day and age.

View on GoogleBroke my TV during the move. The manager Larry instead of being apologetic , was extremely rude. When i showed him the pictures of my TV , he said what do you want me to do? "we are not responsible for the damage". He denied me any access to the owner ! Never seen such unprofessional service ! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!please hire proper professionals
View on GoogleThis place dont even deserve a one Star. I would not recommend anyone to use this company for moving or buying any furniture. The manager is very disrespectful and if anything got broke on the move he would make it the customers fault.
